What to Expect at a Yoga Class
Arrive as you are. Wear something comfortable, and don't worry about bringing a thing—we supply everything you'll need: mats, blocks, blankets, and straps. (Don't worry, we won't always use all of them.)
Move your body. You'll be guided through whatever style of yoga you signed up for, with your instructor present for you the entire time. Modifications are always offered, and you're encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
Meet like-minded people. Others in the room have felt exactly what you're feeling. You have the support of a community, and the quiet ease of knowing everyone here has been in your shoes. You are never alone.
