I believe that the body carries an innate wisdom and is always communicating with us. Healing begins when we slow down, listen deeply, and create space for the mind, body and spirit to come back into alignment.
If you're running on empty, putting yourself last and quietly feeling alone in it, this space was made for you. Through yoga, Reiki and ceremony, I help women create self-care rituals, show up for themselves, and belong to a community that holds them.
My journey began with a love for movement. After earning my 200-hour yoga certification after college, I found not only the physical benefits of yoga but a deep spiritual connection, one that led me over the next seven years to become a Reiki Master Teacher.
Along the way, I navigated my own health challenges, including hormone imbalances and mold exposure, and learned firsthand how much our bodies need us to slow down and listen. Becoming a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition showed me that nourishment lives off the plate too: in our relationships, our rhythms and our sense of belonging.
In 2024, I launched Wholistic Ritual to weave it all together. Today it's a gathering place in Milford, NH, where women move, rest, receive and grow together, rooted in one simple truth:
