What an Embodiment Session Actually Is
This isn't a yoga class, and it isn't a Reiki session, though it draws from both. A 1:1 Embodiment Session is where real coaching meets energy work.
We talk. We talk about what's actually going on, where you feel stuck, what you're working toward. That's the part that gives you structure and accountability, the part no app or spreadsheet could ever give you. Then I tune into your energetic body, sensing where things feel blocked, heavy, or out of flow, the part that explains why willpower alone hasn't been enough.
You leave with both a plan and a release: practical next steps, and a body that finally feels like it's working with you instead of against you.
This is not just a session — it’s a reset for your entire system.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I'm not just trained in this. I lived it. Years of hormone imbalances, restrictive wellness culture, and a body I'd stopped listening to taught me that more rules were never the answer. What actually changed things was learning to return to what my body already knew. That's exactly what we do together.
